Bolo to obdobie, kedy Biblia nebola dostupn\u00e1 be\u017en\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom ale len k\u0148azom a vodcom tejto cirkvi. V\u010faka tomuto pr\u00edstupu sa za\u010dali pova\u017eova\u0165 za jedin\u00fdch, skrze ktor\u00fdch mohli ma\u0165 \u013eudia pr\u00edstup k\u00a0P\u00edsmu a\u00a0teda aj ku Bohu. <!--more-->K\u0148azi ude\u013eovali odpustenie, po\u017eehnanie a\u00a0rozhodovali o\u00a0tom, kto bude dedi\u010dom ve\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a014. storo\u010d\u00ed bola cirkev \u00faplne pohlten\u00e1 in\u0161titucion\u00e1lnou korupciou. Za vidite\u013enou oponou zbo\u017enosti vl\u00e1dla mor\u00e1lna skazenos\u0165 a\u00a0bezbo\u017enos\u0165. Zatia\u013e \u010do bohat\u00ed vodcovia tejto cirkvi sa sna\u017eili naplni\u0165 si vreck\u00e1 a\u00a0upevni\u0165 si moc v\u010faka nevedomosti oby\u010dajn\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, tak chudobn\u00ed farn\u00edci sa sna\u017eili v\u00a0pokore pre\u017ei\u0165 a\u00a0o\u010disti\u0165 meno cirkvi. P\u00e1pe\u017e a\u00a0biskupi \u017eili zvr\u00e1ten\u00fdmi \u017eivotmi v\u00a0prepychu a\u00a0smilstve. Cirkev vl\u00e1dla \u017eeleznou rukou, dokonca kontrolovala aj jednotliv\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy a t\u00fdm\u00a0zasahovala do v\u0161etk\u00fdch aspektov \u017eivota stredoveku.<\/p>\n<p>Vo svojej podstate bola stredovek\u00e1 r\u00edmsko-katol\u00edcka cirkev \u017eivnou p\u00f4dou pre r\u00f4zne her\u00e9zy a\u00a0duchovn\u00e9 klamstv\u00e1. Napriek tomu si P\u00e1n uprostred v\u0161etkej tej korupcie pou\u017e\u00edval svojich vyvolen\u00fdch k tomu, aby budoval svoju vlastn\u00fa prav\u00fa skuto\u010dn\u00fa jedin\u00fa cirkev, svoju nevestu. Aj v\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed existovali niektor\u00e9 cirkvi, ktor\u00e9 dok\u00e1zali existova\u0165 mimo autority R\u00edma a\u00a0dok\u00e1zali r\u00e1s\u0165. P\u00e1n si pou\u017e\u00edval odv\u00e1\u017enych a\u00a0vern\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ak\u00fdmi boli John Wycliffe a\u00a0J\u00e1n Hus, ktor\u00ed verne odmietali nebiblick\u00e9 katol\u00edcke dogmy a\u00a0ktor\u00ed dok\u00e1zali odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 zbo\u017en\u00fa masku tejto cirkvi a\u00a0odhali\u0165 v\u0161etku t\u00fa skazenos\u0165 a\u00a0\u0161pinu uprostred nej. Rovnako ako anglick\u00ed purit\u00e1ni o\u00a0nie\u010do nesk\u00f4r, ani t\u00edto odv\u00e1\u017elivci nechceli n\u00e1silne zvrhn\u00fa\u0165 cirkev, len ju chceli privies\u0165 k\u00a0pok\u00e1niu a\u00a0navr\u00e1ti\u0165 k\u00a0biblick\u00fdm pravd\u00e1m. Za t\u00fato ich snahu boli obaja vy\u0161\u0161ie menovan\u00ed mu\u017ei exkomunikovan\u00ed a\u00a0up\u00e1len\u00ed ako heretici (Wycliffe bol exkomunikovan\u00fd a\u017e d\u00e1vno po svojej smrti, jeho telo bolo sp\u00e1len\u00e9 a\u00a0jeho kosti boli rozdrven\u00e9 a vysypan\u00e9 do rieky Swift).<\/p>\n<p>Napriek obrovsk\u00e9mu \u00fasiliu r\u00edmsko-katol\u00edckej cirkvi uml\u010da\u0165 Wycliffa, Husa a\u00a0im podobn\u00fdch, pravda, ktor\u00fa k\u00e1zali, pre\u017eila a\u00a0vydl\u00e1\u017edila cestu pre zap\u00e1len\u00e9ho nemeck\u00e9ho mn\u00edcha, aby niesol ich odkaz a\u00a0udelil tak zdrvuj\u00facu ranu p\u00e1pe\u017eskej ve\u013emoci. Podobne ako jeho predchodcovia, ani Martin Luther sa nesna\u017eil ovl\u00e1dnu\u0165 cirkev nejakou n\u00e1silnou cestou. V\u0161etko sa to za\u010dalo jeho horliv\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fadiom P\u00edsma a\u00a0skrze osvietenie Duchom Sv\u00e4t\u00fdm, v\u010faka \u010domu mohol pr\u00eds\u0165 k\u00a0zachra\u0148uj\u00facemu poznaniu P\u00e1na Je\u017ei\u0161a Krista a\u00a0mohol jasne uvidie\u0165 a\u00a0pochopi\u0165 odch\u00fdlky r\u00edmsko-katol\u00edckej cirkvi od pravdy evanjelia.<\/p>\n<p>Historici datuj\u00fa za\u010diatok reform\u00e1cie na 31. okt\u00f3bra 1517, kedy Luther pribili 95 t\u00e9z na dvere kostola vo Wittembergu. V\u00a0tomto Lutherovom v\u00fdznamnom pojednan\u00ed, kedy pod\u013ea svojich nesk\u00f4r nap\u00edsan\u00fdch vlastn\u00fdch slov e\u0161te nebol obr\u00e1ten\u00fd, argumentoval proti n\u00e1tlaku, ktor\u00fd bol vyv\u00edjan\u00fd na be\u017en\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed cez r\u00edmsko-katol\u00edcke trad\u00edcie, najm\u00e4 pred\u00e1vanie odpustkov.<\/p>\n<p>Odpustky boli pre katol\u00edkov prostriedkom, ako sa vyk\u00fapi\u0165 z\u00a0hriechov a\u00a0o\u010distca. Bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 si ich zak\u00fapi\u0165 aj za svojich m\u0155tvych bl\u00edzkych. V\u00a0obdob\u00ed extr\u00e9mne vysokej \u00famrtnosti a\u00a0neust\u00e1leho tlaku r\u00edmsko-katol\u00edckych trad\u00edci\u00ed \u013eudia h\u013eadali v\u00a0\u010domko\u013evek n\u00e1dej s\u00a0t\u00fa\u017ebou vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa utrpeniu v\u00a0posmrtnom \u017eivote.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010das vl\u00e1dy p\u00e1pe\u017ea Lea X. vyu\u017e\u00edvala stredovek\u00e1 cirkev zisk z\u00a0predaja odpustkov na financovanie komplikovan\u00fdch stavieb, akou bola napr\u00edklad aj Bazilika sv\u00e4t\u00e9ho Petra v\u00a0R\u00edme. Jedn\u00fdm z naj\u00faspe\u0161nej\u0161\u00edch predajcov odpustkov bol mn\u00edch Johann Tetzel.<\/p>\n<p>Tetzel bol nesmierne \u0161ikovn\u00fd a\u00a0presved\u010div\u00fd pri tomto klamstve s\u00a0odpustkami. Povzbudzoval \u013eud ku k\u00fape jednoduchou fr\u00e1zou: \u201eAkon\u00e1hle minca v\u00a0pokladnici zazvon\u00ed, du\u0161a z\u00a0o\u010distca sa vytrat\u00ed.\u201c T\u00e1to ve\u013emi primit\u00edvna fr\u00e1za bola na po\u010dudovanie ve\u013emi \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e1 medzi jednoduch\u00fdmi sedliakmi, ktor\u00ed nenach\u00e1dzali v\u00a0ni\u010dom inom v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu n\u00e1dej.<\/p>\n<p>Luther priam a\u017e z\u00faril nad Tetzlov\u00fdm hanebn\u00fdm predajom odpustkov. Jeho 95 t\u00e9z bolo priamou reakciou proti praktizovaniu predaja odpustkov a\u00a0proti cirkevnej chamtivosti a\u00a0nen\u00e1sytnosti. 86. t\u00e9za je obvinen\u00edm proti samotn\u00e9mu p\u00e1pe\u017eovi Leovi: <em>\u201ePre\u010do samotn\u00fd p\u00e1pe\u017e, ktor\u00e9ho bohatstvo je dnes v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ako bohatstvo najbohat\u0161ieho Crassa, nepostav\u00ed Baziliku sv\u00e4t\u00e9ho Petra z\u00a0vlastn\u00fdch pe\u0148az\u00ed, ale rad\u0161ej vyu\u017e\u00edva peniaze chudobn\u00fdch veriacich?\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hoci t\u00fdchto 95 t\u00e9z spustilo reform\u00e1ciu, napriek tomu neboli tou \u00fastrednou t\u00e9mou reforma\u010dn\u00e9ho boja. Popravde, Luther e\u0161te nebol znovuzroden\u00fd, ke\u010f p\u00edsal tieto t\u00e9zy. Jeho znovuzrodenie pri\u0161lo kr\u00e1tko na to. Je to jasne vidite\u013en\u00e9 v\u00a0tom, \u017ee v\u00a0t\u00fdchto 95 t\u00e9zach nie je nikde spomenut\u00e1 doktr\u00edna ospravedlnenia jedine z viery, hoci pr\u00e1ve ona je neprekonate\u013en\u00fdm argumentom proti predaju odpustkov. Aj toto je dobr\u00fdm d\u00f4kazom toho, \u017ee Luther skuto\u010dne pochopil, \u010do to znamen\u00e1 by\u0165 zachr\u00e1nen\u00fd jedine vierou, a\u017e po nap\u00edsan\u00ed t\u00fdchto 95 t\u00e9z. Ani odborn\u00edci nedok\u00e1\u017eu ur\u010di\u0165 presn\u00fd rok Lutherovho obr\u00e1tenia, hoci s\u00e1m Luther o\u00a0svojom obr\u00e1ten\u00ed hovoril dos\u0165 \u010dasto. Luther svoje obr\u00e1tenie opisuje slovami:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSlov\u00e1 \u201aspravodlivos\u0165\u2018 a \u201aBo\u017eia spravodlivos\u0165\u2018 zasiahli moje svedomie ako blesk. Ke\u010f som po\u010dul tieto slov\u00e1, bol som nesmierne vydesen\u00fd. Vedel som, \u017ee ke\u010f je Boh spravodliv\u00fd, tak mus\u00ed tresta\u0165. Ale ke\u010f som sa z\u00a0Bo\u017eej milosti v\u00a0jednej miestnosti tejto ve\u017ee ponoril do prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eania nad slovami <strong>\u201aSpravodliv\u00fd z\u00a0viery bude \u017ei\u0165\u2018 <\/strong>(Rimanom 1:17) a <strong>\u201aspravodlivos\u0165 Bo\u017eia,\u2018<\/strong> tak som \u010doskoro pri\u0161iel k\u00a0z\u00e1veru, \u017ee ke\u010f my, ako spravodliv\u00ed \u013eudia, by sme mali \u017ei\u0165 z\u00a0viery a\u00a0Bo\u017eia spravodlivos\u0165 m\u00e1 podiel na spasen\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kto ver\u00ed, tak spasenie nie je z\u00a0na\u0161ich z\u00e1sluh, ale jedine z\u00a0Bo\u017eej milosti. Ke\u010f som toto pochopil, m\u00f4j duch sa zaradoval, preto\u017ee jedine Bo\u017eou spravodlivos\u0165ou sme ospravedlnen\u00ed skrze Krista. Tieto slov\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 ma predt\u00fdm desili, sa mi teraz stali nesmiernou \u00fatechou. V\u00a0tejto ve\u017ei mi Duch Sv\u00e4t\u00fd odhalil P\u00edsmo.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pravda o\u00a0tom, \u017ee veriaci s\u00fa ospravedlnen\u00ed jedine vierou, sa stala \u00fastrednou t\u00e9mou v\u0161etk\u00fdch reforma\u010dn\u00fdch polem\u00edk. T\u00e1to pravda, Sola fide, sa stala materi\u00e1lnym princ\u00edpom celej reform\u00e1cie. Bol tu v\u0161ak aj form\u00e1lny princ\u00edp reform\u00e1cie, Sola Scriptura, ktor\u00fd hovoril o\u00a0autorite a\u00a0dostato\u010dnosti P\u00edsma, ktor\u00fd motivoval Luthera k\u00a0nap\u00edsaniu 95 t\u00e9z. Oddanos\u0165 tomuto princ\u00edpu bola u\u00a0Luthera zjavn\u00e1 aj v\u00a0in\u00fdch spisoch, ktor\u00e9 nap\u00edsal e\u0161te pred svoj\u00edm obr\u00e1ten\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1n Kalv\u00edn, Ulrich Zwingli, Philip Melanchton, Theodore Beza, John Knox a\u00a0mnoho \u010fal\u0161\u00edch reform\u00e1torov zdie\u013ealo rovnak\u00e9 presved\u010denie a\u00a0bojovalo rovnak\u00fd boj na r\u00f4znych frontoch, aby zachr\u00e1nili a\u00a0zachovali autoritu Bo\u017eieho slova v\u00a0cirkvi a\u00a0ochr\u00e1nili ju tak pred p\u00e1pe\u017eskou tyraniou a\u00a0her\u00e9zami r\u00edmsko-katol\u00edckej cirkvi. Nadradenos\u0165 a\u00a0autorita P\u00edsma boli tl\u010d\u00facim srdcom reform\u00e1cie, z\u00a0ktor\u00e9ho vych\u00e1dzali v\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 pravdy.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010das obhajoby svojej pr\u00e1ce Luther vyslovil na koncile vo Wormse tieto zn\u00e1me slov\u00e1:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201ePokia\u013e ma nepresved\u010d\u00ed P\u00edsmo alebo jasn\u00e9 rozumn\u00e9 d\u00f4vody, slov\u00e1 P\u00edsma, ktor\u00e9 som doteraz citoval, s\u00fa mocnej\u0161ie ako ja: Neuzn\u00e1vam autoritu p\u00e1pe\u017eov ani koncilov, lebo si \u010dasto protire\u010dia. Moje svedomie je sp\u00fatan\u00e9 Bo\u017e\u00edm slovom. Nem\u00f4\u017eem ni\u010d odvola\u0165 a\u00a0neodvol\u00e1m, lebo \u00eds\u0165 proti svedomiu nie je spr\u00e1vne a\u00a0ohrozuje sp\u00e1su. Tu stoj\u00edm, inak nem\u00f4\u017eem. Boh mi pom\u00e1haj! Amen.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>O\u00a0500 rokov nesk\u00f4r sl\u00fa\u017eia mnoh\u00ed kres\u0165ania v\u00a0tieni t\u00fdchto ve\u013ek\u00fdch Bo\u017e\u00edch bojovn\u00edkov a\u00a0pokra\u010duj\u00fa v\u00a0\u0161\u00edren\u00ed ich odkazu o\u00a0d\u00f4veryhodnosti P\u00edsma a\u00a0pravde evanjelia. Pokra\u010dujeme v\u00a0ich vyzn\u00e1vaj\u00facom proteste a\u00a0to nie len proti R\u00edmu, ale proti ak\u00e9muko\u013evek syst\u00e9mu, cirkvi alebo samozvan\u00fdm vodcom, ktor\u00ed sa odkl\u00e1\u0148aj\u00fa od Bo\u017eieho slova.
